We don't offer cash refunds, unless there is some quality concern.

Products (other than stock clearance category) are exchangeable. In case, you are having size issue or want to change design, inform us within 3 days of delivery and send product back to us within 7-10 business days and after receiving and inspecting product that is it in same unused condition, as delivered, with complete packaging, replacement article will be delivered back to u within 7 to 10 working days. Delivery cost for sending replacement back to them will be paid by customer.

But if reason of exchange is quality concern or delivery of wrong or defected product from brand's end, brand will bear complete delivery cost.
